I was in the car the other day on my way to Dallas for one thing or another. Don't remember why I was going to Dallas but I do remember something magical that happened on the way. Sometimes when you're in the car and the radio is playing a set of songs comes on that just puts you in the best mood. This is what happened that day. One great song after another. I'm driving , singing, grooving down I45 when I realize that these great songs I'm listening to have one thing in common. Double Ace plays all these songs. I love these songs. These songs are part of my life. A soundtrack really. Actually a really great soundtrack. And that got me to thinking about music and life and growing up in Grand Prairie with a bunch of great people. This all has one thing in common also. Double Ace. I want to let you know that I for one am grateful for your love of music, and for ya'll providing the opportunity for all us fans to come along on your musical journey. I know my life has been enriched from the days of band roadie and light board operator to the other night at The Oasis with the Class of 76. So here's to you Double Ace, you are and always will be my favorite band. Did somebody say keep on rockin'? DSF

Mine, well you gotta go way back to the beginning...Never Been Any Reason , Head East. When I hear that is when I remember and get chill bumps.
